Yeah it's pretty awesome. Once you get used to drawing diagrams with a mouse you'll find you get pretty speedy at it too.

Taking chem notes. Pretty much all my other classes I can either sit there or just take notes on a legal pad or something. It's great for shit like pie charts and shit like that though. I would use it a lot more if I had a tablet.

Well, before I took notes in class, either on laptop or paper, then put them into Word files, pretty unorganised really.

OneNote is literally a digital notebook, can set up a book, which has pages, and little tabs to specific bits

Can search through it all easily, and the optical recognition for images, scans etc is amazing - can search for text on images even

It's like evernote, except instead of tagging notes, you have "Workbooks" that contain "Sections" that contain "Pages" (same as notes in evernote). It's like Evernote with hierarchical organization, I like it a LOT better than tagging
