The original long form is from the 60s, they probably weren't using security paper back then.

The printed the copy onto security paper to prevent tampering with the copy, because the copy is certified. That's pretty standard.

Yes, it was a black and white document stored wherever Hawaii keeps their records. It was photocopied onto security paper when the white house asked for a copy. In the pre-photoshop days, security paper made it harder to tamper with documents, but im not sure why they still use it.

The document has always been invalid regardless of whether there's any evidence of alteration because its authenticity cannot be verified. It serves simply as prima facie evidence for the public.

Should this ever go to court the chain of custody of the original document must be established and compared against this copy to establish its authenticity.

Obama was born in 1961.

Kenya wasn't called Kenya until '63 but this PDF says "Kenya".

The name of the hospital wasn't called that until the 70's.

Also OCR doesn't change the font of text, especially signatures.
