Hey guys. Just ordered the Samsung Epic 4G from Sprint using my stepmom's employee account. $150 with no contract. $30/month for unlimited text, unlimited data, unlimited mobile-to-mobile, and 500 anytime minutes.

That set aside, what should I expect from the Epic?

wow, $150 for the phone and $30/mo for *unlimited* data? that's fucking awesome, at least compared to the $80/mo i have to pay for the most impressive 3G data plan we have here, which is only 12G/mo and i don't even get a phone, its just a usb datacard

and new zealand is even worse

also 4G? never heard of it.

Sprint throttles you hard after 5.5 GB. I doubt he will ever be able to get 12 GB, even tethering and downloading torrents through it 24/7.
