So, I've got a problem that I'm hoping can be resolved. I've been hit by a program by the name of Win 7 Home Security; it's a scam program that's trying to scare me into giving up my credit card info. I've already followed instructions on how to clean it, which worked, but that's not the problem.

This is the second time it's happened so far. Now, on the site that I followed to get rid of it, it says that the full version of either spyware doctor or malwarebytes would have definitely prevented the program from getting in in the first place. I'd just like to get some confirmation on this fact before I buy one of them up.
