One had NO heatpads on mem/VRMs, and GPU wasn't making proper contact and had minimal thermal paste
One had the stock white goop on everything, but they were in terrible condition and all dusty and shit, also GPU wasn't making proper contact.
Third one had been RAN extensively with NO THERMAL CONDUCTION on anything, aka the ram/vrms/gpu had been heating up to 140c+ and the card looked a little bit melted. It died later despite me fixing the thermal goop stuff.
The two cards that are still alive have most likely dried the stock thermal paste under the heatspreader and I can't be arsed to start taking them off just to fix them.
