So my 3 year old computer is dying but I'm trying to figure out exactly what the problem is.
Shortly after installing w7 my 9600gt started experiencing "device has stopped responding/has recovered" thing with its fan sounding somewhat odd.
I thought it was dead so I got a 220gt as a temp fix but eventually settled with that instead now I'm starting to experience the exact same thing, usually when gaming.
Ive cleaned the whole case many times, my temps are never higher than 60 (its a 220).
The fuck is going on?
If you all agree that the computer should be binned then the tread will end up as a "help me build my computer" thread and I know you love those.
