whenever i play a game on my primary monitor any any resolution other than 1920x1080 the other screen resizes its windows, like pushing the chrome browser towards the right

play games with lower than native resolution in windowed mode, having them full screen alters the resolution of the desktop, but keeps the windows at the same size, naturally they're not going to fit in the same way.

happens to me sometime with my 1920x1080 and 1280x1024 monitors. they way i fix it is to have my main monitor run the game at max resolution(1080p) and nothing else fucks up.
