Okay /g/ I will try again now that it is the daytime.

I am in a HTML class and am good at doing individual projects but when it comes to putting it all together I fail at it. I have a web page that needs to be done, and I will pay for the work. I would rather pay for the work than jeopardize my financial aid. I am not a programmer, or web designer, but it is a class that I have to take. First one that can help me out will get compensated.
Will post requirements.

TL:DR: I suck at web design, will pay for someone to do it.

Ex-webdeveloper here, this is easy stuff, just takes some time. How are much you paying OP? And what garantuee do you give? If I give some screenshots of a built website you pay through paypal or what?

I suck at designing though, css is easy as shit but I'm not very creative, my work was mostly creating custom Drupal/Joomla/Magento modules ...

I've been doing this for years, and I typically charge anywhere from 500-1,500 depending on the level of work required and if any SEO work is needed. I do graphics as well.

Can't post samples on 4chan, but I can provide some in private.

Send me the project details. For a school project (I thought it was commercial at first) I'd say the range will be between 200-500, unless it's some stupid amount of work.
