Well I'm not going for the high-end market, the 5750 I was told was comparable to NVidia's 460GTX. But after going through 2 NVidia cards burning out on me I rather switch to ATI.

The 5750 is only 60 dollars cheaper, is the 60 dollars really worth it for the 6850?

5750 is good enough to play any modern game, just not at hight settings or with AA. For less than $100 it's not a bad choice.
