So I have an MSI 560 TwinFrozr card which recently developed a problem where when I boot up my PC, one of the fans makes a loud buzzing noise.

If I reach inside my PC and stop the fan with my hand and let it start spinning again, the noise will stop, but this is a hassle. As a result, I've just been leaving my PC on all the time recently.

Is there a way I can fix this problem on my own, or will I need to have to RMA the card?
