Alright, other then say Lost planet 2, is there any other games in where you play a human character, and can actually get into a mecha?
Not the kinda mech that only extends the plot, but something in which you just generally feel bad ass in? Fear 2 did it right, but was no where near long enough in the mech.

Tl;Dr recommend more games like lost planet 2, please.
