>>3105936Of course there's such a thing as true love! As an example, me: a lonely, gamer nerdgirl. In mid-July of last year, I had recently broken up with my second boyfriend. My best friend was going to visit her mom a couple of hours away, and invited me to come along. While we spent the week there, we took part in a mini-medieval village as part of a local fair that her mom was a huge contributor to. At the fair, her mom introduced me to this really tall burly guy with brown shoulder length hair, and a full beard to match. We got talking a bit here and there over the next two days during the fair, and found that we had a lot in common. Then, in the evening on last day of the fair, before I went home, we shared our first kiss. It was... magical; there really is no other way to explain it. Our lips met, I made a little *gasp* noise, and then a second later we were looking at each other, completely stunned. Every moment we've spent together since has been amazing. (And don't even get me started on the sex... heehee... ;3)
Fast forward to September 15th 2011, he proposed! The ring is so beautiful! And now, I'm planning for our wedding! =^w^=
So, to make a long story short, true love DOES exist, it just takes time to find it and that special person. Hell, looking back on it, there were so many little things that, had they NOT happened, I never would have met him. Scares me a bit to think about that... But what I'm trying to say is, that if someone like me could have met someone so perfect for me, then anything is possible. *nods* :3
