There's a thing called Gazopa which, if I remember correctly, has been advertised as similar to TinEye, but so far it worked similarly to Google (similar) image search, so that's unlikely to help you. There's also a service called SauceNao, but I think that only compares pictures against an anime database, in case you wanted to find out what movie a screenshot came from.
