I am thinking about purchasing my first digital single lens reflex camera. The package I've selected consists of a Canon Rebel T1i 15.1 MP body with DIGIC 4 processor (best as far as I know), a 18-55mm and 75-300mm lens both made by Canon, and a piece of manual shit 650-1300mm super telephoto lens. A t-mount 2x lens and a wide angle fisheye lens.
Spending about $1,200 on this setup, I took a photo class developing my own film about 14 years ago in school. Can I get the opinions of those who know what the hell they're doing, and why they think they know what the hell they're doing.
tldr; I'm smarter than "professional photographers" and am getting some equipment to prove it. U mad?
