Yes indeed... For the win... Skyrim is clearly game of the year - at least for me. I mean Witcher 2 was epic. But Skyrim is epic in a different way. And the way it's designed - makes it last far longer than Witcher 2.

Why am I half-naked on this screenshot you ask? Because when you're naked you make even less noise when sneaking. I was a stage 4 vampire. I had to find a sleeping victim to feed off to get back to stage 3 so that Falion in Morthal would help me cure it.

By the way, how do you remove the UI to make clean screenshots? I had to use photoshop on my first screenshot here.

Open the console with the ` (tilde) button, the one to the left of the number 1 key, and type in:

tm

Press enter, hit the tilde again, then take your screens.
To get it back (even though you can't see anything) just press ` then up (as in the arrow key) and press enter again.
Also, typing tfc in the console while in third person view gives you flycam, so use that, too for centered screens.

Have to say the FXAA post processing mod (about 500kb!) improves the look of the game immediately. Put it in low saturation mode.

If you have photoshop (cs4+) you can take several screenshots and put them together using FILE -> AUTOMATE -> PHOTOMERGE

Remember to use the console command "tm" first though.

Go to console, type "tm" and press enter (without the quotes).
Also type "tfc 1" (in 3rd person view) to freeze the game and be able to fly around (free cam style) for even cooler screenshots ("tfc 0" turns it off). But keep in mind - the landscape details fade outside your characters view so don't go too far away from "yourself".

Also type "fov 10-150" to change your field of view. Lower than 60 gives the impression of zoom. 10-20 is extreme zoom. 120-150 is extreme fish-eye lens. I never use more than 120 myself, things get too stretched on the sides after that.

Here's an example of free-cam and (approx.) 100 fov. >>1435737 <--- click it.

Now go crazy guys! SCREENSHOT THE FUCK OUTTA SKYRIM!
