Hello newfag! First week here, eh? Oh, I've got some terrible terrible news for you. /HR/ doesn't work the way you think it does. Take it from someone who's seen the "before celebs/ softcore/ azn" /hr/ and the mucky cesspool we're wading through today. The crap threads are always on the front pages. Always.
People have been crapping on about "bumping the good threads with content" for years now. The problem is that it's much more difficult to supply a good thread with content than it is to bomb a shit celebrity thread or some fucking Korean pop thread with paparazzi pictures. After awhile, you'll realize it just isn't worth the effort to try competing with the celebrity and k-pop scum. Just pop in, see if there's a few worthwhile pics somewhere on page 6 or 8 and then hustle off to one of the better chans where the fail hasn't spread or simply gets erased.
