I'm with the guy that you linked to, and I am the guy who was willing to wager his own dick that at least half of the names on that list are first generation 'elite'.
If someone has literally no connection to another person I don't see the issue with benefiting off of another person unless of course it intentionally brings harm to that person.
Morally justified: Providing loans on interest and earning $500.
Morally bankrupt: Robbing someone at an ATM.
See what I mean? If there is a clear exchange between the two parties where one is "harmed" and one benefits, then what is wrong with that?
Conspiracy to pay workers low wages? Don't accept the job and find another one.
I'm sure this chart touches on much more than what I am speaking of but this is the world as I see it and I think people have a bit more personal responsibility to avoid being fucked over than simply blaming the fucking-overers.
