Yeah me too, but remember that these are propably ~15-20 year-old photos. And I think that the max. resolution of most 35mm films is around 6 megapixels when scanned?

You could say that about anywhere. There isn't really anything unique about Scotland. Lots and lots of beautiful countryside, with lots of ancient castles and stuff, but that isn't unique. Your wording is a little odd, do you think there's anything remotely unique about the south of the UK?
