Been on 4chan since 2005, never once visited this board until now. I've always loved drawing but never been particularly good at it. I decided fuck it and bought a cheap $30 tablet. I realize it's probably shit. However I read enough reviews and watched some videos and it seems plausable as a starter tablet. While I'm not a good artist I think I'll be able to give it a fair shot with this.
I'm looking for a couple things.

2. Do you know of a good photoshop tutorial that would help me design shitty concept art? I would be starting at the most beginner level of photoshop
3. What do you think of this that I drew in paint for about 15 minutes. Do you think learning photoshop and practicing will yield any decent results?
If nothing else I'll be able to quickly draw fun reaction images or doodle around.
