My boredom might be to your benefit, so here goes...
Saying the lineart is jacked, but how's the coloring is like saying, "I don't know how to steer a car but how's my braking technique?" No amount of good coloring will save a piece of shittly drawn art. So, you gotta start there. Basic drawing fundamentals are where its at.
A. The proportions on your painting's face are all over the place. The eyes are to far appart, the nose and mouth don't seem to share any common centerline, I could go...
B. Pistols usually have hand grips that extend beyond the bottom of the hand when held. And lady people usually don't have giant hands... trust me its a lesson you don't want to learn the hard way in real life.
C. Overall, the piece is very flat... more on that in your coloring... but the drawing is hurting as well. The way she's rotating in space means that if we see her right shoulder mass, we should see less of her left. With the way it is right now, it looks like she's slumping forward with both of her shoulders.
COLOR - establish a light source, for the love of all that is holy. Shadows and Highlights help define the planes and masses of the forms you're drawing. Embrace the idea that some things will be bright and some will be dark. Live it. Love it. Learn it.
