Great job with brush control. I think the biggest problem in the first image is that the balance is a little awkward. While I understand that she's supposed to be batshit insane and whatnot, the pose still looks uncomfortable. Not to say it's completely off, but it could look more natural. The main problem probably lies in the legs. If you intended there to be any foreshortening, it's not convincing. And since it's not foreshortened, it looks like her leg is perpendicular with the viewer, and we know that isn't possible. Other minor things: boobs a little too far apart (if you wanted her to have big boobs, you need to reduce the stretching texture between them), waist doesn't really agree with the shoulders, axe is too planar. Based on the fingers, the axe would be coming toward the viewer; not at a straight perpendicular, which it appears to be.
Composition-wise, the strong power of the red at the top kind of becomes the focal point, taking the eyes away from the figure. You need to be careful when using hues with high saturation and brightness against neutral tones. You managed to use it more effectively in the eyes and tip of the blade, but the blood at the top really overpowers the rest of the image. If the saturation was toned down a bit and maybe dropped lower into the image, it may have helped.
How do I like it? I like it. Of course there are things to work on, though. Keep it up, you have promise. Acrylics are tough to work with.
PS, I generally like the second image, although the horse could be a lot better rendered. It looks very 2D, even given the style of the girl in the foreground.
