is there anyway to digitize a sketch once its already been sketched. I mean specifically, vectorize the lines, without doing it by hand? Or at least pulling the complete sketch off the page with transparency intact?

It's kind of hard to explain what I'm trying to do but hopefuly you get the jist of it.
