make a square from 2 point perspective
join each corner of the square to make an X
join the center of the the X to the 2 points
that's now an equidistant grid
you can keep subdividing: keep dividing squares up by joining the corners then connecting the middle of the X's to the right vanishing points. It's tedious but you don't want to make minor errors in perspective that'll ruin a finished piece.
You could use the subdivision to make divisions along the edges of the square the circle resides in using that method, but don't just eyeball it.
