So I'm working on a character for D&D and as I have a lot of problem with reusing the same static poses time and time again, I'm trying to get the character doing something

The issues i'm having is, I don't think it's reading right that he's swiping the guy's money bag. I know I have to shift the victim's shoulders the opposite way, I drew his arms swaying the other way until I realized it was gonna look like he was casually handing the bag off, rather than taking it.

Other than that, and whatever issues you can find, he's supposed to be wearing a hooded cape cloak thing, but I'm not sure how to draw it the way he's leaning on the corner of the building(which will be a lot more developed later, I'm just working out the character's costume at the moment). A quick red line would help
