You have a pretty good grasp of proportions on the head, except the ears are way too low and too far back. The eyes don't seem to be looking in the same direction on either of the more complete faces. The torso and neck of the 'largest' girl don't match her head at all; it's obvious you drew the head first and then added the body later, which is just a bad way to go about it. Try drawing from life; go for realism first, because when mistakes are made in realism it's more forgivable for the simple reason that those mistakes are easy to fix. When you make mistakes in style, it just makes you look like a hack.
I think you def have potential though, so don't give up.
