His left leg appears way too short and the arms are a bit too thick. Also the way you drew the upper line of his underwear is awkward, there isn't any reason why it would be dipping down like that then coming right back up. If you were trying to foreshorten the leg you need to move it more to the center of the pic, knee on. The hips are WAY off, re-align that leg and try again. Bring the left eye down a smidge.
