It is a very strange perspective orientation to use because it is so high.
Basically to draw in this perspect, draw all lines parallel to the ground as parallel on the page because they do not really converge. Then draw all lines perpendicular to the ground (e.g. the planes of the wall) receding to a singular vanishing point close to the centre of view.
