OP, when I was in school I noticed a fellow senior plagiarizing, just as poorly as your example. Learn a lesson from the moron who plagiarized so blatantly..... SUBTLETY.
Extort the thief and threaten to reveal the secret.
Don't tell him who you will reveal the secret to... Just let him/her know you can do so at any time of your choosing... Once you've said this, pause for a moment and let the person's thoughts wander for a second.
When the reaction to his/her thoughts becomes visible (a quivering of the brow, an attempt to look beyond your gaze, or a nervous laughter... something like that), inform the shit that you'll forget about it, for a price.
I got free booze, epson cartridges, and a video game out of my end. Then, I anonymously reported him anyways. I did it because it was funny. Next time I saw him, he was so mad, but I just pretended I didn't know what he was talking about.
Anyways, he didn't get expelled, but now he walks around with a scarlet letter. I let others in on the secret by leaving webpages open with google image results of the plagiarized art on the studio macs..(a few of the students work in the senior studios throughout the night).
He is the plagiarism guy, now and forever. Career potentially ruined.
