Never posted here before, so apologies for any etiquette rape I've performed here.

I'm looking to improve my graffiti. I like to take tags and sort of expand them into pieces. I haven't really shown anyone these before as Im just starting So yeah hit me with some feed back, You'll have to excuse some of the earlier ones done with really shitty felt tips. How's the flow? etc

I've heard people mention 'bars' or something as a way to help really tie the body and other components piece together into something more complete. Could someone explain this to me.
