I think /ic could benefit for a weekly chiaroscuro challenge - this is challenge #1. For best growth, try to create a close representation of the reference as possible by eyeballing. Compare angles, flip both your image and the reference horizontally every five minutes, rapidly look back and forth between your study and the reference, and even turn both your image and the reference upside down and paint for a while are some good ways to help train your mind to create accurate results.
