Don't present something to us for critique, and then give a ton of excuses for why it is terrible. If you think it's bad because it took 20 minutes, spend more time on it. If you think it would look better if you used more references, then use more references.
Whether you like it or not, you are going to HAVE to do reference drawings (ideally from real life, not just photos) if you want to improve your art. There are certain things that cannot be explained or taught in a step-by-step book, or an online tutorial. Certain things must be learned through experience, and repetition. It will take time, and effort, and work if you want to accomplish anything in art.
If you want an accurate critique of your art, or you as an artist, don't upload a half-assed sketch you did in a few minutes. Sit down for awhile, find a subject to draw, observe it, every shape, every curve, every angle, and then come back with something representative of your abilities.
