Going to a concert tomorrow. Have white tank top. Have glow in the dark markers. Want to draw rudimentary version of Rebecca Black on my shirt.

Can someone give me step by step illustrations to do this?

since you have no experience in art, if the material is thin, just print out the pic, put it under the first layer of shirt and trace over it.

if the material is too thick, then make a stencil out of it, print it out, cut it out, and trace the stencil. just plug "how to make a stencil from a photo" into google and bam. done.

This. Lightbox trace. If you don't have a lightbox, use a window. No need for stencils, because that would require a modicum of skill and complicate the process.
