That said you cant be great at everything. Learn a range and become competent of mediums that fit well with how you think and the ideas you have.
For example, If you like anally technical,with a scientific mind, a controlled hand tend to have an obsession with over dramatic baroque lighting effects, and want to do work about nostolgia, learn intaglio, silverpoint, graphite rendering, and obsolete photographic processes. And maybe dabble in fine metals.
