Why doesn't /jp/ just make their own Touhou game?

You have an extensive knowledge of the characters and the setting.

80% of you all are extremely familiar with computers, and some of you are pretty decent artists and music composers, at least nearing the level of ZUN.

You aren't doing anything with your lives at present, so why not do something productive and make your own Touhou game? If all of /jp/ worked on it, it would be quite good.
