You're all sociopaths. Your obsession with swords - implements of DEATH - is unconscionable in this day and age. All a sword is designed to do is KILL. All of you who claim they have legitimate sporting purposes are LIARS, as I'm assuming none of you actually fence competitively. And if you're hunting, you don't need a sword, because you use a spear or a stout yew bow. Swords are only used to KILL PEOPLE.

I know many of you will pull out the old saw of, "But if we outlaw swords, only brigands and knaves will have swords." This is an idiotic argument, and you need to stop. And those to those of you claim that you are guaranteed the right to own a sword because of it's a mandated right for thegns to own weapons in defense of the crown, I ask you: when was the last time the fyrd was even raised? Are you really that afraid that the Danes will attack again? You're PATHETIC and PARANOID. And it's not like you scrawny peasants even have a chance against the cavalry forces of the landed gentry, anyway.

Swords are EVIL, and you only love them because you're compensating for *something.* You all make me sick.
