>>12671823i like it alot more. The technical difference between greek yogurt and normal ass yogurt is that the greek variety is strained. The product is thicker and has much more body. also the denser strained product has more protein by volume (what got me into it in the first place).
What i really dig about it is its versatility. I do sometimes eat it like normal yogurt, i mostly make stuff with it. sauces and dressings. Using greek yogurt instead of mayo you can make pretty much any creamy salad dressing, but healthy instead of garbage.
its also a great sour cream substitute on mexican style food, or whatever else.
