How in the fuck am I, a Marine a welfare queen?

I think one could compare the Marine Corps to say, being a miner in West Virginia.

We live in shitty company housing

We are treated like shit

Our healthcare is shit, miners probably have better doctors than we do. When you fracture your wrist, you're told to take some motrin and oh yeah, it's not broken, you're just a fucking pussy and need to man up.

We are paid like shit, that's when our pay is NOT fucked up.

We work long hours in dangerous conditions, and again, fucking miners have it better, because their work can't follow them home like in the Marine Corps.

You are aware the only reason the USA ever became a global superpower is because it was the only country left standing unharmed after the two world wars?

That's why the USA has generally cocked shit up globally. It didn't earn the position nor does it really have any idea what it wants from it. It's like giving an infant a big pile of lego and expecting him to make a house out of it without telling him or giving him any indication that you want a house.

The USA doesn't need to be a global power and being one actually seems to be hurting it. The country has always had a rotten festering sore for a heart but since the two wars this has only gotten worse. The corruption has only gotten worse now that those at the top of your country have gotten a taste of international power.
