>>8767335This. In the US, signs like this on private businesses are NOT legally enforced. They have no bearing in court, because you're not breaking any state or federal law by disobeying a private business's little sign.
The only thing that can happen is the business can kick you out and ban you from coming back, but nothing can LEGALLY be done to you as far as criminal law goes.
This is different from government facilities and schools that have "no weapons" signs, because these places are almost always protected by law.
A store or whatever place that has a no weapons sign is the same as having a "no shirt, no shoes, no service" sign. The cops can't do jack to you if you disobey the sign, all you have to do is comply with the business owner if they ask you to leave. If you refuse to leave, THEN the cops can get involved because now you're technically trespassing and harassing.
