Hey /k/ I know this is a taboo subject, but I have a quick question regarding Radios ( this can also ride as a SHTF if my question is answered), I was looking around for some Scholarships and I found several that require having only an Amature Radio Operator's license. Now I know there is a guy around here that goes by the trip friend tag of LMJ that has an obscene interest in Radios, and well my question happens to revolve around that, How can I get a Radio Operator's License ? (if it is ever answered this can also double as a Zombies+SHTF thread too)
