These were collected from various online repositories/libraries/archives that have been gone for well over two years. I am releasing these because I feel that the information should be free, if only for academic study.

This isn't for people who want to damage/harm/injure/kill other people, animals, or property. Explosives are illegal to make. By unpacking anything from the rar, you accept full responsibility for that file and what may come from it. The files are on multiupload, if you don't understand how to use the strings, you definately should not be handling this material.

If this interested anyone here I have a couple more sections if anyone wants.

I was here a while back when I made a torrent of the complete library. Needless to say that failed, but I do believe three other people now have it.

The library in entirety is over forty gigabytes of text. Although what i'd classify as "weapons" makes up the vast majority of that.

While it would be epic to have all of those, 40GB is a pretty fucking big DL.

Patience is a virtue. I'd be willing to wait for a torrent or something lol. also look at various archivers i think one of em gets somewhere like 30-60% compression or better.
