Does anyone know if the Spyderco Bi-Fold is legal to carry in CA? It looks like a cool little knife and I've heard the ergonomics are great so I was thinking about picking one up for general work use/EDC.

The blade's a little over an inch and when deployed it's the handle that moves, not the blade, but I've heard this somehow qualifies as an automatic and is thus no okay for CA. Does anyone know the answer?
