Your post is just one big oxymoron.
A $150 sword is going to be a cheap pot metal replica, nothing else.

There really isn't much available at that price point. Your best bet would probably be this:

which normally comes unsharpened, but for $18 you can add a sharpening job that will probably be crappy anyway. And even then, with the sharpening job included, it'll still be a little over $150.

Now if you're willing to increase your budged to around $250-$300, then you have some much better options.

Oh derp, both of the more expensive ones I listed are currently back ordered from that website, so you'd have to wait until they're back in stock. You could also google search the names of the swords to see if any other online retailers currently have them in stock.
