Not a fanboy, but glocks are easy beginner guns. They are easy to break down and clean, and relatively idiot proof.
Regardless of what you choose, you will eventually get a different gun. As you gain more experience and understand what you like, you will be able to identify more things that you want in a gun. The first gun isn't that big of deal outside of price.
