It pretty much depends on what you want out of the piece.
The Jericho, in its standard configuration, gives you a slide mounted decocking lever, so if you like to carry hammer down on a loaded chamber, that's the one I'd recommend.
The CZ, on the other hand, has a frame mounted safety, so if you like to carry cocked and locked, go with the CZ.
Unless of course you buy a Jericho 941F or a CZ-75 D and presto, the carry options are switched.
The Jericho's heavier than the CZ, but they're both all-steel, so they're both going to be relatively heavy. The Jericho also has full-length slide rails and polygonal rifling. (I see this as an advantage mainly because it's easier to clean)
They take the same mags (For the most part. Just get Mec-Gar Tanfoglio mags, they'll work.) but the CZ has a significant advantage in the accessories department. Finding parts as well as holsters is much easier with the more common CZ75.
For what it's worth I went with the Jericho. My roommate went with a CZ75 P01. Lot of rounds through both. Either firearm is an excellent choice if you ask me, but if I had to pick just one, I'd pick my Jericho.
And my vote is slathered with personal bias.
