Source for decent HP 7.62x25?

Also, how much penetration would one expect of these rounds? Like, would they go through a BG, through the wall behind him, 15 yards, through another wall, and into my neighbor's bedroom? I'm pretty certain that a FMJ round would, as they travel at like 2200 fps.
