The law that would allow carry in the state of Illonois has only 5 MORE DAYS to be voted on. After this deadline, the bill is dropped and the entire process would have to be started over, meaning introducing another bill, getting sponsors, getting it through committee, etc. As you can see on the site, this bill has A LOT of IL state representatives supporting it, but with the deadline being so close you know the liberal scumbag opponents against it will do everything in their power to delay a vote on it, because as it stands now a vote will result in it's PASSAGE. Us IL gun owners have gone far too long with our RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS being infringed upon, and have been waiting since January when this bill was intodroduced for a vote on it.

So if a vote is not reached by May 6th (the deadline,) we need to get as many gun owners as we can to dress like 18th century patriots and calmly storm the assemly building, while politely informing security and everyone that our guns are not loaded with our UNLOADED (this is CRUCIAL) guns. We will fill every empty space in the chamber- dressed like our Forefathers- and stand there silent, only with our unloaded weapons and signs in hand demanding a vote on Bill HB0148. Nothing will happen to us because of sheer numbers, they can't arrest us all and can't use force because it would look horrible to use force on unarmed civilians- not to mention that would but representatives in danger. May 6th will be a turning point, one way or another, in 2nd Ammendment rights in the state of Illonois.
