So I really doubt that they would be able to retaliate with a nuclear detonation. I don't completely rule it out but I doubt it highly. But what does /k/ think they would be capable of. They're no doubt going to be fuming over this and a retaliation is a given. Knowing that this is likely will the worlds intelligence forces be able to stop any possible attack on western countries?
