>>8790508>and you're receiving license for it automaticallyNo, it serves as a "reason" for the procedure, and whether you actually get the license or not depends on a fuckton of other things.
>btw Ward do you know about .22lr here does it still is concerned as not a gun and you can have it if you've got money or do you need somekind of shooting club membership???http://www.podlaska.policja.gov.pl/index.php?idkat=36&idart=353It's considered a firearm and it (usually) falls withing the "sporting" category. You need a membership license from a shooting/hunting club (depending on what license you aim for), you need to finish 21 years, too (18 in some cases as there's a shortcut, mileage may vary, I've been denied the access to this shortcut so I'll have to wait).
It's a fuck ton of paperwork, it costs a ton of money to get the license, plus you can be denied it for really obscure reasons, or even for no reason at all.
Also expect random police raids (why? because fuck you, that's why), I've suffered that while I had blackpowder guns, which are (in theory) unrestricted, but "the police doesn't have to know this, so we're confiscating them for evaluation". Got them back after a month. After that, another raid (while they didn't confiscate them again, they rifled through my shelves and all that).
Real fucking police-state horrorshow. I do hope someone reactivates Czuma's plan for gun access law. That thing had "common sense" written all over it. Not to tight, not to lax.
