Several dozen meters of concrete thick with a very large likelyhood being strengthend by metric tons upon metric tons of iron rebar. Takes a goddamn MOP or better yet, a tactical nuke to crack the damn thing.

No way a guy with a couple of KG's of explosives is gonna pull it off.

Even a nuke would not work. It's designed so that if it were to disintegrate the shores would collapse on themselves and clog up the water stream to a manageable level.

I dont know about a nuclear war but it would a war for sure. In any case, in this war, the USA would fight alone as it was the USA that initiated the war by blowing up that dam with a nuclear device, killing thousands.

So, Europe as an ally would be off-limits. Russia would sympathise with the Chinese and keep the supply lines in terms of resources and oil open.

South Korea may or may not be invaded by the North Koreans.

Not really. I'm talking about really long industrial drills that they use to drill bedrock so you can build a flat road instead of going over the hill. It would take way too long to do if you killed everyone, causing people to flip their shit. Unless you replaced everyone and made it look everything was going normal.

Any shaped charges wouldn't make a hole long and thin enough.
