The Apple iGun would be unibody, couldn't be (nor would it need to be) field stripped, ever. All maintenance can be done externally... somehow. It's be striker-fired with an internal safety, much like a glock, but way more expensive and minimalist-flashy. And come in a proprietary caliber that you've probably never heard of.

The Microsoft PG would be modular, come with tons of aftermarket upgradeable parts, does the same jobs as the iGun, and in most cases, better. Interchangeable everything, including calibers. Linux would produce an aftermarket kit to turn into the best god damned small arm ever made.

A cheap chinese copy of another rifle covered in white plastic and aluminum. It uses a crazy expensive caliber only available from apel, and they sue anyone who tries to reload the rounds. It cannot be field stripped or taken apart to clean/clear a jam.

Bullets can only be ordered through the APP Store. The Genius Bar and Armory will clear jams (because they never happen) for free, but will charge 700 dollars for replacement grips.

But then in 6 months version A2 will come out and you will have to buy an entire new gun because the old version magazine release has been upgraded with a new button style.

Proprietary caliber, though dainty with little stopping power
available in white, black, or aluminum.
5 round magazine, 10 round for twice the price.
my contribution:
A dazzling array of ostentatious holster styles.
Doesn't actually fire, but comes with a money clip that makes your money more accessible for when you get mugged and have to hand it over in a hurry.

It would have a cover flap like on an AR15 for rain. And it would have a foldable cover on the barrel to prevent rain from entering the barrel.

Normally, yes. There was this one really weird Soviet gun made just for underwater shooting though. It fired crazy long steel spikes from an AKish looking gun. I can't remember the name of it though.

The iGun:
Based on the tried and tested AK-47 platform
Internal safety, rate of fire is controlled by a two stage trigger
Permanently mounted iSight optical system, calibrated by connecting to any apple computer system (bluetooth compatible)
Chambered to fire the iBullet (metric dimensions of 8.55x42mm) from a 25 round aluminium iClip
Handguard, stock, grip, and nonessential parts are made of a strong polymer
The unibody receiver and barrel is made entirely from white duracoated aluminium, giving the iGun a low weight and high resistance to scuffs and scratches

All accessories such as different sized iStocks, iGrips, and iGuards can be purchased at the Apple store
